The website and any content, such as trademarks, logos, icons, texts, etc. are sole property of Liatoss Sarl., (hereinafter, the "Company") or of third parties partners of the Company. They are protected by Swiss and international laws on copyrights.

Software used within the website is property of the Company and is protected by international laws on copyrights. SKUBOX - e-store website and any content cannot be, either in total, or in part, copied, distributed, sold, assigned or modified without writen permisions from the Company.

The website SKUBOX - e-store may contain links to websites which are not managed by the Company, which are listed just for reference purposes. The Company does not give any warranty and disclaims any liability with reference to such websites and their contents. The user shall navigate such websites at its entire and sole risk.

2. Use of the Website

It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, modify, duplicate, copy, distribute, sell or anyhow exploit the website for business purposes. Only one copy of the contents of the website may be downloaded or printed and only for personal use and non-profit purposes. The unauthorised use of the website and its contents constitute infringement of the applicable laws on copyrights. The user undertakes to attach all prescriptions relating to trademarks and copyrights on the downloaded or printed contents.

The Company and its partners disclaim any warranty regarding the capabilities of the website and the accuracy, completeness, reliability of information, contents and products contained therein. Subject to the mandatory provisions of the applicable law, the Company does not make any expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or witness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

Subject to the mandatory provisions of the applicable law, the Company disclaims any liability for damages arising out of the use of the website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental and consequential damages.

6. Applicable Law and Competent Forum

The present Standard Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland and the courts of canton de Vaud (Switzerland) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising hereunder or in connection with the subject matter hereof. However, if SKUBOX is the plaintiff, SKUBOX shall be entitled to sue the user in the court having jurisdiction over the place of business of the user. In any such action the user hereby waive any right to allege lack of personal jurisdiction, improper venue or inconvenient forum.

7. Amendments to the Standard Terms of Use

The Company reserves the right to amend the website and the present Standard Terms of Use. Such amendments shall be published in the SKUBOX – e-store website, and, without prejudice of the user’s right to an earlier termination, the user shall continue to use the website according to the amended version of the Standard Terms of Use.

8. Other Clauses

Other clauses, different from the present Standard Terms of Use, may apply to the sale of goods or the provision of services or the use of other sections of the website: the user is invited to seek for all information before requesting the supply of goods and/or services and hereby declares that it shall comply with any such other clauses, before ordering any goods or service.
